I made it! Last night I called my crew to check in and make sure someone was still picking me up at the airport. I received a voicemail in reply saying that they would make sure someone would be there but that they weren't sure who yet. I was a little disappointed that nobody wanted to come pick me up. After 2 flights of sitting next to and talking to some great people, I walked off my flight in Charleston, WV to THREE OF MY CREW MEMBERS WITH A SIGN!!! How great is that? It made me happy and I got to ride in the car with them for an hour and a half and get caught up. It sounds like it's been an interesting past few days. The best part? We're not in the school we were originally supposed to be in, but one much smaller in which we don't get full use of the gym. This means setting up and tearing down the program (speakers, screen, cords, etc.) every day. I mean I've only have to help with it for one day so far so don't worry, I'm not complaining! (especially since I can't even carry anything but cords :) Hope all is well with everyone back home!
