I want you to know that my expensive education is paying off. Guess what I've finally learned how to do? Cut my own meat with a knife. I've been given no choice. We have meat with every meal and I'm always given a knife and expected to not only cut my meat but all of my food. It was nice that I had a course to practice on first, something easier than meat, before the meat actually arrived on my plate the first day. But alas, I'm cutting my own meat now. It's nice to not have to ask for help but at the same time it's a bit sad, I'm finally growing up :(

i miss you!!!!!!! i hope you're having a grand time over there, can't wait to see what pictures you've taken and everything. i'm sure it'll definitely be more fun than when we went for only a few weeks.
