I received the most amazing care package yesterday from Melissa. After I left CO the crew must have gone and developed pictures because inside the card (that had a visible goose on the front) were pictures...there was one of each crew member with I and they had each written me a note on the back. The box was filled with many items that represented jokes we had throughout the summer. My favorite was probably the sports bra wrapped around a bag of lifesavers which was meant to make fun of the big time news story back in June in which a girl's life was saved by her sports bra after being caught in an avalanche. There were also penguin stickers, licorice, bright pink unmentionables a size too large, confetti, a turle (fake) and so much more. Needless to say it brightened my day beyond all measure.
The camp here at Zanesville is...well...it's going. In a little bit I'll be going into the database to cancel the 4th site since Monday. We were also awakened at appx. 5:52 am yesterday to the fire alarm. We evacuated the entire camp and the fire department came. It was a short (?) which was good news because we had originally thought someone pulled it. The day went downhill from there. However, today was better... ... more dots... ... maybe it just felt better because I got a nap? Anyways...on to bigger and better things... PICTURES! Here are some pictures from crew 2b's final trip to CO and then 2 from Zanesville.
