It's Sunday... the only Sunday of the semester that I have NO homework due tomorrow morning!!! It feels amazing. I spent last night at my cabin with my cousin Sara and we watched 4 movies, did 1 puzzle, and ate pizza and ice cream snacks. I came back today thinking I would have school work to do (because when do we not?), but realized my Spanish class is cancelled and we're doing an experiment in my research methods class... thus, no homework!
Upon realize I had nothing to do tonight (if I don't look at my to-do list of bigger things such as writing my resume and working on a fellowship application) I decided to watch a movie. I'm currently in the process of watching Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants II while eating leftover lasagna and drinking a Mike's. What a great night!
As if my night couldn't get any better, my friend Patrick and I (who I've been playing an intense game of phone tag with for WAY too long), finally got to speak over the phone! He's in between study groups so it was a short conversation but it definitely made my night. It's nice to have friends that understand your sense of humor and have a similar one because then all you do is laugh. In short, it's been a great weekend.
Oh, and Patrick also mentioned how he would like to be friends with Miss Melissa Hunter... (I know you're reading this Big Chicken!)
